In June of 2013, the Carson City Council had the very same item on their agenda for that night. It was supposedly an “employee evaluation”. It turned out to the termination of Carson’s City Manger David Biggs. This current so called “employee evaluation” just might have been a plot to terminate Carson’s City Attorney Bill Wynder as Carson city Councilman Elito Santarina wants to hire a Filipino friend as Carson’s City Attorney. Elito has never supported Carson’s Mobile-Home Parks so therefore he cares not of what happens to Carson’s Rent Control Ordinance. It was only due to the strong turn-out of residents that prevented the council from terminating Bill Wynder. Carson government is so corrupt and we cannot turn our backs on this city council for one second.
